How to transfer a Spotify playlist to another account

Can anyone help with this? Canceling my Facebook account created a lot of problems with Spotify, but I figured it out. But I have quite a few long playlists that I don't want to have to recreate on my new Spotify account.
Is there a way to save them and import them into my new account?

1. Drag and drop playlists from the old Spotify account to your computer desktop. A web link of the playlist will then be generated on your desktop.

2. Log out of your old account and log in with a new Spotify account.

In this example, you can log in to both of your accounts on one computer. Before you begin, make sure to log in to your old account on the Spotify web page and your new account on the desktop app.

1. On the Spotify web page, right-click the playlist name > Share > copy playlist link.

2. On the Spotify desktop app, paste the link into the search bar.

3. Click the Heart icon to save the playlist to your library.
